3 wheeler.
How do you know Dan?
I work at Sport Hallam.
Before you started training, when was the last time you cycled?
Why have you decided to do this challenge?
My immediate family has been affected by cancer and Dan's a friend and work colleague. Also, it's a damn good cause and why not?
What are you most looking forward to?
The finish line. Lol! The challenge and the satisfaction of completing it.
What are you most worried about?
The hills.
What do you want to achieve from this experience?
To complete the bike ride, without too much distress and have fun along the way.
How are you preparing for the challenge?
Going into the gym before work to do CV and strength work. Recovering from a knee injury. Still playing hockey, but once we are in the month of May, I'll be on my bike to get some miles in my legs.
Tell us something interesting about yourself?
I was a Special Constable for 7 years.
Who do you most hope to be mistaken for whilst cycling?
A fit person.
